Personal Development Program

GfK Retail and Technology Australia and New Zealand has created the "Personal Development Program”, a comprehensive training initiative to help our people perform better and prepare for promotion opportunities in the future. Workshops take place most weeks throughout the year in our dedicated training room, and include an orientation program; general business skills; client servicing; management and leadership skills; and IT training.

Whatever your function, you can expect ongoing learning opportunities that will help you develop your abilities to the full. These include training courses, seminars and other on-the-job and near-the-job provisions.
