What is the Buddy System?
To help ease you into your new job at GfK we have a well established initiative in place, called the GfK Buddy System.
When you join GfK Retail and Technology we appoint another member of staff to become your "Buddy” who will help ease you into your new role. Your Buddy is specially selected so that they can help answer any questions or concerns you may have in your first few weeks or months.
How does this system work?
The first few weeks in a new job can be daunting if you don’t have someone you can rely on for help and advice. Your Buddy will be introduced to you on your first day, and from that point on it is your responsibility to approach that person when you require help.
