How to Apply – the GfK Application Process

Your application is very important to GfK and we make every effort to ensure that you are informed at every stage of the process.    

Our vacancies are advertised on this careers site and you should consequently apply for the job that interests you via our job search section.

We strive to have all of our job descriptions accurate and current to the actual job that you are applying for at the time, with the required skills and competencies detailed.

Once your CV is submitted we endeavour to provide top line feedback on your suitability within 24 hours. Here we will confirm that your initial application is received and whether it is accepted for the role.

If your application is not accepted, we aim to notify you within this period. If your application is accepted, we commit to educating you upfront about the entire recruitment process, including time frames of the process and individuals you will meet.

Each recruitment process will vary in respect of time frame – these are set upfront, agreed by the recruiting line manager and the HR and Recruitment Manager. We commit to keeping you formally updated throughout this process.

Once the Interview process has begun, we will make every effort to confirm next steps and decisions in the interview within a 48-hour period.

It is also our intention to never cancel an interview. In this unlikely event, we will give you as much notice possible and will ensure that the process keeps moving at the pace agreed.

We will do our best to ensure that all written offers to successful candidates are co-ordinated and issued within 24 hours of verbal offer.
