Recruitment Process

Depending on the level of the role, usually, the interview process at GfK will be in 2 stages. 

The first stage will be a competency based interview with the recruiting line manager, plus two Saville & Holdsworth Psychometric tests – in total 2.5 hours. 

The second stage will be a further exploratory interview where you will also be asked to undertake a presentation. You will have the opportunity to meet potential team members and see the environment in which you may be working.

Before the interview, we will send you information about the tests you will be asked to carry out, along with advice on how to prepare. For more information, click on the website link below where you can practice tests similar to those you might be asked to take.
